The Coats are starting a new tradition...They do about a 1/2 of a triathlon, starting at 7:00 am on the 4th. They jumped into the river, swam, rode their bikes to the Dam, and then ran from the granny's house back the the house. It took everyone about an hour. I was official timer with Emily...because we're pregnant, maybe next year.
