I love my family!
Well, life is going well here. Luke had a good trip to Las Vegas last week, and I went to Utah and spent the week with my family. While I was there I couldn't help but be so grateful for my mother. Wow, it is wonderful to have a mother isn't it? I come home, she cooks for me, cleans up, does my laundry, takes Tyler on hour long walks every morning, and the best part of it all is that she doesn't even realize how much service she is doing.
Now it's my turn to be a mother (-: I absolutely love being able to be home with my little Tyler. He is my best buddy, we have a lot of fun. It sure is a consuming job though, it's harder than being a full time student or employee. But the most rewarding, and the most important. This last week Tyler was sick, he had a combo of RSV, ear infections, and bronchiolitis—He kept a smile on his face the whole time though. We are doing good, Luke is wonderful, Tyler is wonderful.
I give Tyler 3 weeks, and I think he's going to get mobile!

Here is Tyler and my mom going on one of their hour long walks.

I laugh at this picture every time I see it. (-:

Here is TyTy loving all the attention!

Here is one of my favorite mother quotes.
“I don’t want to drive up to the pearly gates in a shiny sports car, wearing beautifully, tailored clothes, my hair expertly coiffed, and with long, perfectly manicured fingernails. I want to drive up in a station wagon that has mud on the wheels from taking kids to scout camp. I want to be there with grass stains on my shoes from mowing Sister Schenk’s lawn. I want to be there with a smudge of peanut butter on my shirt from making sandwiches for a sick neighbor’s children. I want to be there with a little dirt under my fingernails from helping to weed someone’s garden. I want to be there with children’s sticky kisses on my cheeks and the tears of a friend on my shoulder. I want the Lord to know I was really here and that I really lived.” Marjorie Peay Hinckley

Great January, on to February...
Ok, so I've been slacking on the blogging the last few weeks... Well, Luke and I are doing well, Luke is going to Las Vegas next week for work, I'm going to hang out with my family in Utah. I've only got 4 1/2 months till I'm done with classes for my Bachelor's in nursing, so it's keeping me busy, but life is good here... OK, enough about us, here's what's going on in the exciting life of Tyler...
Tyler knows how to say Da Da Dad a boo da aaaaaaah aaaaaah aaaaaaah!

Tyler has learned how to swim, by nightly swimming lessons.

Here is Tyler reading some great literature (5 little monkeys).

Tyler has been sick this week with a runny nose, it sure is hard for them when they have any little sickness! This is his 4th cold, it was really bad on Monday, so I got a BBG (baby buggar getter--that is the real technical term), and it was great to suck his whole little face clean. He's getting better now (-:

Here we are trying to take 6 month pictures. I have about 15 others, they all look about like this.

Here's Tyler being cute. This is why I kiss his face all day every day.
